Humacyte is seeking a Surgical Sales Executive to drive awareness and adoption of our regenerative medicine portfolio in PA, DC, and Baltimore. This remote role requires travel within the territory to engage vascular surgeons and hospital networks.

You will lead strategic initiatives, manage a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with Medical Affairs to deliver high-impact medical education. Strong clinical knowledge and business acumen are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience selling to vascular surgeons.
• Proven track record of quota attainment.
• Strong relationships within vascular surgery market and effective clinical collaboration.
• BS/BA in life sciences or business; rigorous analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans to meet quota in PA, DC, Baltimore.
• Forecast and manage pipeline using data-driven insights.
• Articulate clinical and economic value of Humacyte products.
• Build a network of clinical champions and key hospital stakeholders.
• Represent Humacyte at conferences and key events.
