Job summary

Humacyte Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced Surgical Sales Executive for the Northeast (Eastern MA, ME, CT, Upstate NY) to drive awareness and adoption of our regenerative medicine portfolio.

This remote role requires strong clinical and business skills, relationships with vascular surgeons, and a proven track record of market development. The position reports to the SVP of Sales, travels within the territory, and offers substantial earning potential through base compensation and incentives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience selling to vascular surgeons with quota attainment.
• Strong relationships in the vascular surgery market and proven approvals through VAC.
• Hunter mentality with startup or new product launch experience preferred.
• Ability to translate clinical data into sales strategies and value messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to achieve quota and grow market share.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and use data to spot trends and drive decisions.
• Articulate the science and clinical indications with stakeholders.
• Navigate healthcare economics, reimbursement, and contracting processes.
• Build a network of clinical champions and expand key accounts.
