Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 8+ years in healthcare or field sales.
• Associate degree plus 6+ years in healthcare or related field.
• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years in healthcare or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical, technical, and product support for Medtronic’s vascular portfolio to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate customers through training, case support, and programs to drive therapy adoption.
• Collaborate with sales to execute plans and support revenue growth.
• Deliver proactive technical and procedural support for urgent and complex cases.
• Build long-term relationships with physicians and administrators to expand engagement.
• Identify customer needs and relay market feedback to shape sales strategies.
• Manage inventory performance and support consignment agreements for availability.
• Coordinate product launches and inventory transitions with field teams.
• Support operational activities including PO collection and training initiatives.
• Perform physical job requirements including lifting up to 40 lbs and long shifts.
