Reflow Medical, Inc. seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for peripheral vascular devices in both commercial and pre-commercial settings.

This role partners with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Managers to drive procedural success and regional sales objectives. The candidate will deliver product education, support safe device utilization, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers, nurses, physicians, and technologists in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• RN/RT or equivalent accreditation required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Experience with peripheral procedures is essential; coronary experience is preferred.
• Prior medical device industry experience is preferred (required for Clinical Specialist II).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site procedural case coverage for peripheral vascular interventions.
• Deliver product education and in-service training to physicians, nurses, and technologists.
• Support safe and effective product utilization per guidelines and IFU.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to support account development and sales growth.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Communicate field insights and customer feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical data, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage trunk stock and consignment inventory per guidelines.
• Process purchase orders per company and customer guidelines.
