SMX Services & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a ValueOps Technical Consultant/Solution Consultant to deliver hands-on technical and functional support across ValueOps configuration, solution architecture, implementation, troubleshooting, and training.

The role emphasizes independent analysis and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. This engagement is primarily remote with occasional onsite participation, supporting government contract and professional services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Broadcom ValueOps and/or Clarity experience.
• Experience configuring, administering, developing, enhancing, implementing or technically supporting ValueOps/Clarity in an enterprise environment.
• Experience independently analyzing complex application requirements and developing technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with technical teams, business stakeholders, application administrators, and end users.
• 5+ years direct Broadcom ValueOps/Clarity experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure ValueOps modules, components, workflows, fields, screens, views, and related functionality.
• Modify and enhance existing configurations.
• Configure workflows and business processes.
• Support configuration associated with capacity and resource planning.
• Troubleshoot and remediate configuration-related issues.
• Test and validate configuration changes.
• Implement configuration changes resulting from new or modified business requirements.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and configuration changes.
• Assess technical and functional requirements.
• Develop recommended solution approaches.
