Job summary

BioMarin is seeking a Director, Value Chain Product Leader to own the end-to-end product value chain from development to commercial readiness. You will lead a matrix, cross-functional team across Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics and external partners to ensure compliant, resilient supply for patients.

The role requires executive communication, strategic thinking, and global execution with travel as needed. Remote work in the US is supported, with base in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, engineering, supply chain or business administration.
• 8–12+ years in materials management/production planning/scheduling.
• 5–10+ years GMP/GCP compliant pharmaceutical operations.
• 2–5+ years leading global, cross-functional, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end value chain design, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure reliable supply of quality products across clinical and commercial stages.
• Define and execute product and network strategies including flow of goods, SKU, and inventory strategies.
