Sabin Foundation Europe is seeking a detail-oriented Associate to support the Vaccine Demand & Implementation (VDI) team. The role focuses on coordinating the Boost Community and HPV Prevention Initiative, engaging immunization professionals across 150+ countries, and contributing to diverse programmatic activities.

You will assist with data collection, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge product development, while supporting webinars, events, and communications under the guidance of the

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, global health, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience drafting, proofreading, and editing written materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word) and Zoom.
• Effective communication, including listening, writing and speaking.
• Ability to work independently and across teams with guidance.
• Commitment to health equity and improving immunization access.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Sabin teams and partners to implement Boost Community and HPV initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate webinars, courses, remote workshops, meetings, and events, including materials and speakers.
• Draft and format knowledge products and communications for internal and external audiences.
• Maintain Boost LMS and manage online channels; triage the Boost Community inbox.
• Engage members and stakeholders through learning groups; promote professional development.
