Job summary

Sabin Foundation Europe is seeking a Senior Manager, Vaccine Demand & Implementation (VDI) to advance Sabin’s Global Immunization portfolio. You will work with partners to strengthen vaccine demand, confidence, and delivery through strategic collaborations, research, and learning agendas across SPA 1 and SPA 3.

Reporting to the Senior Director, VDI, you will lead program management, partnerships, and business development to prepare country readiness, support vaccine introductions, and translate

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in public health or related field.
• 9+ years of global health experience including leadership of multi-partner programs.
• Experience in immunization systems strengthening, outbreak preparedness and response, vaccine introduction, or vaccine confidence.
• Experience coordinating multi-country collaborations and managing complex global health partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and policy briefs.

Responsibilities

• Provide and support strategic management for assigned portfolios across the SPAs, translating priorities into programs and partnerships.
• Co‑develop SPA strategies and ensure alignment with VDI priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead planning, implementation, and management of projects with partners and leadership; develop work plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for effective execution and excellence.
• Develop reports, briefs, manuscripts, case studies translating evidence into insights for funders and policymakers.
• Lead knowledge translation through publications, conferences, webinars, and communications.
