Job summary

Sabin Foundation Europe seeks a Vice President of Quality to lead GxP quality strategy and operations for a virtual nonprofit celebrating immunization impact. You will oversee a phase-appropriate QMS spanning GMP, GCP, GVP and GLP, ensuring compliance, risk management, and inspection readiness across global CROs, CDMOs, and laboratories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific, engineering, quality field with 16+ years of quality experience in biologics development/manufacturing (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven people leadership and transformational quality governance experience in biotech/virtual settings.
• Demonstrated success building or transforming a QMS for late-stage development and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of a phase-appropriate QMS into GMP/GCP/GVP/GLP across programs, enabling licensure and inspections.
• Advise executive leadership on quality, compliance, inspection readiness, and risk management.
• Embed quality culture across functions and external partners to handle regulatory complexity.
• Oversee quality governance, metrics, escalation pathways, and CAPA frameworks.
• Shape sponsor oversight and governance for outsourced development/manufacturing networks (CDMOs/CROs/labs).
