Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiry leads to maximize bookings.
• Input accurate reservation details into the reservation management system.
• Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences.
• Provide information on resort amenities, dining, activities, and attractions.
• Collaborate with all departments to support resort operations.
• Represent the resort professionally in the community.
