Destination Careers is seeking a Vacation Planning Support Representative to assist clients with researching destinations, coordinating reservations, and organizing travel experiences. This fully remote, entry-level role includes structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship.

The position offers a salary range of $50,000–$65,000 per year, with no prior travel industry experience required. You will be expected to communicate clearly, stay organized, and work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort with using online platforms and travel tools.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages for clients.
• Support clients during reservation and confirmation processes.
• Communicate travel details, timelines, and requirements clearly to clients.
• Review booking information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records of client preferences and itineraries.
• Provide follow-up support before and after travel.
