Job summary

Destination Careers is seeking a detail-oriented Vacation Planning Support Representative for a fully remote, entry-level role. You’ll assist clients with researching destinations, coordinating reservations, and organizing travel experiences from inquiry to confirmation.

Structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship are provided. This position offers $50,000 - $65,000 per year with a comprehensive training program and a supportive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting.
• Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages.
• Provide support during the reservation and confirmation process.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding travel details, timelines, and requirements.
• Review booking information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records of client preferences and itineraries.
• Provide follow-up support before and after travel.
