Job summary

Hallford Travels is seeking a Remote Vacation Planning Specialist to help clients plan and book vacations from a home office. You will assist with researching travel options, coordinate arrangements, and guide customers through the booking process.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, communicate clearly, and are comfortable using email and online platforms. No travel industry experience required, but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients planning vacations
• Assist with researching and coordinating travel options including vacation packages, cruises, tours, and hotel accommodations
• Respond to client questions and provide helpful travel-related information
• Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel details
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel bookings
• Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
• Provide support to clients before and after travel when needed
