You will manage vacation details from booking to return, coordinating arrangements with resorts, cruises, tours, and transport, while liaising with clients to confirm preferences and requests. The position emphasizes strong organization, excellent communication, and independent work abilities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Research available options and share recommendations that fit client needs and budgets.
• Contact suppliers to verify availability, schedules, deadlines, and travel policies.
• Track payment schedules, booking deadlines, and upcoming travel dates.
• Respond to client questions by phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
• Assist with changes, updates, and issue resolution on existing reservations.
• Maintain organized records and travel documentation for each client.
• Follow company procedures and support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
