Job summary

Hellosunshinetravels is looking for motivated, organized travel enthusiasts to join as Remote Travel Coordinator / Vacation Planner. You will research, plan, and book trips while delivering excellent customer service throughout the process in a remote, independent contractor role with flexible scheduling.

No prior travel industry experience is required; training and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the business and develop your skills, with opportunities to specialize in cruises,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to complete training and continue learning about the travel industry.
• Sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options.
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options.
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates.
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements.
• Participate in available training and professional development.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Market and grow your independent travel business.
