Hellosunshinetravels is seeking motivated individuals to join as Remote Travel Coordinators. You will research, plan, and book travel experiences while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the planning process.

This remote, independent contractor opportunity offers flexible scheduling, access to suppliers and booking resources, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow your travel business. Training and support are provided to help you succeed in this flexible role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to complete training and continue learning about travel.
• Sales or travel-related experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and present travel options based on client needs and budget.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, packages, and transport options.
• Prepare travel quotes and itineraries for clients.
• Book arrangements through approved suppliers and platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after bookings.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records.
