Camirand Travel is seeking motivated individuals for a Remote Travel Coordinator / Vacation Planner role to help clients research, plan, and book travel experiences with excellent service throughout the process. This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity with a flexible schedule.

Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided to learn the business and grow a home-based travel business. Candidates enjoy travel, helping others, and can work independently while building client

Qualifications

• Able to research, plan, and book travel options.
• Pleasant, responsive communication with clients.
• Willing to complete training.
• Comfortable with online platforms and email.
• No prior travel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options.
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options.
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates.
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements.
• Participate in available training and professional development.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Market and grow your independent travel business.
