Hellosunshinetravels is seeking motivated individuals to research, plan, and book travel experiences while delivering excellent customer service throughout the planning process. This is a remote, independent contractor role with a flexible schedule and growth potential.

As a Travel Coordinator, you will assist clients by researching destinations, preparing quotes, and coordinating bookings through approved suppliers. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you learn and succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to complete training and continue learning about the travel industry.
• Sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information
• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements
• Participate in available training and professional development
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Market and grow your independent travel business
