Job summary

HelloSunshineTravels seeks motivated, organized, and customer-focused individuals to build a travel business as Remote Travel Coordinators. You will research, plan, and book travel experiences for clients, delivering excellent service throughout the planning process.

This is a remote, independent contractor role with flexible hours and ongoing support. No prior travel industry experience is required; training and resources are provided to help you learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to complete training and continue learning about the travel industry.
• Sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options.
• Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options.
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates.
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements.
• Participate in available training and professional development.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Market and grow your independent travel business.
