Hellosunshinetravels is seeking motivated, organized, and customer-focused individuals for the role of Remote Travel Coordinator / Vacation Planner who will research, plan, and book travel experiences while delivering excellent service throughout the process.

This remote, independent contractor opportunity offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, access to travel suppliers, and mentorship, with commission-based earnings based on completed travel sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficient with computers, email and online platforms.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to complete training and continue learning.

Responsibilities

• Research and plan vacations based on client needs and budgets.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises and travel options.
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itineraries.
• Book travel arrangements via approved suppliers and platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during and after booking.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records.
• Process payments and monitor deadlines.
• Stay updated on supplier promotions and travel requirements.
• Participate in available training and development.
• Build and maintain client relationships and grow the business.
