• Narrow down options based on traveler requirements.
• Explain options clearly to help clients make informed decisions.
• Coordinate reservations through approved travel resources.
• Organize reservation information and provide confirmations and itineraries.
• Track deadlines and required information for planning items.
• Check in with clients as departure dates approach.
• Respond to questions about reservations and trip preparations.
• Handle routine modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
