Job summary

• BCBA certification required.
• VA LBA licensure preferred or required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy while ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Train and supervise staff in behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust plans.
