Clementine ABA in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a part-time, hybrid role. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services under the clinical direction and supervision of a Clinical BCBA, supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

• Active BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based interventions.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment accordingly to progress toward goals.
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs and direct-care staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to ensure consistency.
• Conduct caregiver training and ongoing guidance to support goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in reviews/ consultations.

• Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct‑care staff
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote consistency across environments
• Conduct caregiver training and provide ongoing guidance to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA

Requirements

• Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Licensure: Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine, or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure prior to the start of employment
• Continuing Education: Must maintain all required certifications, licensure, and continuing education requirements throughout employment
