Job summary

Joyful Behavior Analytic Services, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time contract role. The position supports individuals on the Autism Spectrum, with remote work possible and on-site collaboration with an MD-licensed BCBA.

Responsibilities include assessments, individualized intervention plans, supervision of RBTs, data analysis, and family education. MD licensure collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and work in interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate client needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Design and supervise ABA-based intervention plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to education and involve them in the plan.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain BCBA certification.
