Job summary

Joyful Behavior Analytic Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract/part-time role. The position can be 100% remote, though Maryland licensure (LBA) is required and you should be open to collaborating with an on-site BCBA.

You will assess clients, craft individualized ABA intervention plans, supervise RBTs, collect data, and communicate progress to families and healthcare professionals, while staying current with ABA best practices.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients, identify needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Monitor and supervise implementation of ABA interventions.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain client records and prepare progress reports.
