Job summary

BioWave is seeking a Director of VA Field Sales to lead the national VA field execution, guide the Regional Sales Managers, and translate VA strategy into regional action. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director of Government Sales and requires extensive travel across the United States.

You will drive enterprise VA opportunities, manage budgets, and elevate field performance while aligning with clinical and economic value propositions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in medical-device/healthcare or complex clinical sales with regional/multi-region leadership.
• Experience managing managers and leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience building relationships with senior clinical and executive stakeholders to drive growth.
• Strong sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, pipeline management and coaching.
• Ability to clearly communicate clinical/economic value to physicians and health-system leaders.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and coach Regional Sales Managers; accountability for regional performance, talent, forecast accuracy and budget execution.
• Translate national VA objectives into regional/territory plans with measurable expectations.
• Own field execution against the VA sales budget and identify risks and corrective actions.
• Establish a coaching model focusing on underperformers and high-potential territories while empowering top performers.
• Create a cadence for pipeline reviews, account prioritization, and sharing best practices across regions.
• Develop enterprise VA opportunities with senior stakeholders to expand adoption and pathways across facilities.
