Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Physician Assistant to conduct Compensation & Pension examinations for Veterans pursuing VA disability benefits. You will review records, perform focused exams, and render objective medical opinions in alignment with VA guidelines.

The role supports independent and collaborative work, includes up to 10% travel, and requires an active PA license in the United States. HIPAA training and VA program requirements apply.

Qualifications

• PA degree from an accredited program and current unrestricted PA license in US
• At least 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant
• BLS certification with renewals
• Experience in disability evaluations or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical disability examinations and focused assessments
• Review medical records and diagnostic results to form opinions
• Document findings in VA-compliant reports and communicate with QA
• Manage workload and scheduling for C&P exams
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality
