Job summary

bobbie is seeking an UX/UI Lead to own end-to-end design for a subscription-first commerce platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to elevate design across onboarding, billing, and account management. The role emphasizes WCAG-compliant, mobile-first UX and design system stewardship.

You will drive usability research, wireframes, and prototypes, guiding external contractors through full project phases while maintaining a cohesive brand voice across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in subscription commerce UX patterns
• End-to-end ecommerce design experience
• Experience planning and running usability research and A/B testing
• Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and creative teams
• Ability to mentor external contractors
• Mobile-first visual design for web and mobile

Responsibilities

• Own the full subscriber experience design: onboarding, plan selection, account management, billing, and transitions
• Apply subscription UX patterns: dunning, save-flows, cadence, bundling, upsell/cross-sell
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and flows; improve conversion funnel from landing page to checkout
• Maintain design system in Figma with components, tokens, docs and naming
• Run qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and retention
• Partner with Creative, Platform, and Lifecycle teams to maintain cohesive UX and brand
