Job summary

Meta's Subscriptions team is seeking a Product Designer to help scale our subscription platform across billions of users. You will own design projects from concept through launch, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to shape compelling experiences.

Qualified candidates bring 6+ years in complex software design, a strong UX and interaction focus, and experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows while upholding ethical AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years designing complex software products with strong UX focus.
• Experience leading end-to-end development with cross-functional partners and design roadmaps.
• Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope.
• Turn broad concepts into useful experiences for 2B+ users.
• Design flows and interfaces that simplify complex actions.
• Design new experiences or layouts that evolve visual systems.
• Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of FB products.
• Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team to raise quality and mentor others.
• Lead a partnership with PMs, engineers, researchers and content strategists from conception to launch.
