Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Designer for Subscriptions to lead design projects from conception to launch for a user base of billions. You will craft UX that simplifies complex actions, shape new experiences, and evolve our visual system across family apps with collaboration across product, engineering, and research teams.

The role emphasizes design leadership, end-to-end ownership, and applying AI-enabled workflows to optimize processes and user outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years designing complex software with strong UX, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience conducting complex research studies to drive design-led growth.
• Experience leading end-to-end development with cross-functional partners.
• Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects of large or ambiguous scope.
• Turn broad ideas into useful experiences for 2B+ users.
• Design flows that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces.
• Create new experiences or layouts that evolve visual systems.
• Contribute to strategic decisions about future FB product directions.
• Mentor and give feedback to designers and collaborate with product teams.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, and content strategists from conception to launch.
