Job summary

Londontown, Inc. is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to optimize our DTC ecommerce experience. This remote, full-time role suits someone with beauty or premium brand experience who blends elevated digital design with ecommerce and CRO focus.

You'll collaborate with Ecommerce, Creative, Marketing and Development on homepage, PDPs, collection and landing pages, cart and upsell experiences, and A/B tests to continually enhance UX.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Strong DTC ecommerce UX/UI portfolio, preferably in beauty or premium brands
• Advanced Figma and strong Photoshop skills
• Mobile-first ecommerce design and CRO expertise
• Experience with PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, carts, cross-sell and upsell experiences
• Wireframes, prototypes, user flows, reusable components and developer handoffs
• Experience working with developers through implementation and QA
• Strong understanding of CVR, AOV, engagement, merchandising and product discovery
• Ability to analyze customer behavior, identify friction and suggest UX improvements
• Comfortable using AI tools for ideation and design exploration

Responsibilities

• Work with Ecommerce, Creative, Marketing and Development on homepage and site updates, PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, cart and upsell experiences
• Lead A/B tests and ongoing UX improvements across channels
• Proactively identify UX opportunities and recommend tests to elevate the customer experience
• Collaborate with engineers through implementation and QA to ensure pixel-perfect delivery
