Job summary

Tory Burch seeks a Manager, Digital & UX Design to lead digital experiences for our ecommerce ecosystem. You will partner with Creative, Site, Merchandising, Marketing, and Development to translate business needs into elevated UX designs.

You will craft visual mockups, wireframes, flows, and prototypes, maintaining IDS and ensuring design excellence that balances customer needs with brand goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital design, UX/UI, product design, or ecommerce design.
• Experience designing for ecommerce, retail, fashion, or consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio showing visual design and UX/UI work.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping; design systems experience.
• Ability to mentor designers and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and UX experiences across site enhancements and ecommerce initiatives.
• Create high-quality visual mockups, layouts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business needs into intuitive experiences balancing customer needs and brand goals.
• Maintain and evolve the Interaction Design System (IDS) and ensure consistency.
• Partner with Creative, Site, Merchandising, Marketing, Product, and Development teams.
• Present concepts and provide guidance to designers and stakeholders.
