Qualifications

• DTC / E-commerce experience in digital experiences.
• Mid-Weight UX/UI experience with collaboration and learning from seniors.
• Conversion-focused mindset with commercial outcomes in mind.
• Strong UX fundamentals: journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Strong UI craft: typography, spacing, layout and interaction.
• Proficient in Figma, with understanding of components and design systems.
• Data-driven: leverage customer behaviour data and experiments.
• Commercially minded: balance user experience with business goals.
