Kapitus is seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Conversion Specialist to own the design, development, and optimization of landing pages, forms, and conversion pathways. You will focus on turning traffic into qualified leads and improving the end-to-end digital experience for prospective customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in UX/UI, Marketing, or HCI.
• 5+ years in UX/UI design, conversion rate optimization, or digital marketing focusing on landing pages and forms.
• Proficient in WordPress and plugin integration; able to implement design in CMS.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO strategy across all digital touchpoints including landing pages and forms.
• Develop a structured A/B/multivariate testing roadmap.
• Analyze funnel performance to identify friction and optimization opportunities.
• Design and develop high-converting landing pages in WordPress; ensure mobile optimization.
• Ensure forms integrate with HubSpot and Salesforce with proper data capture and routing.
• Collaborate with Lead Generation, Content, and AI/Brand teams to align goals.
• Stay current on CRO methodologies and best practices.
