Carpe is seeking a designer-focused professional to elevate the company website, primarily on mobile, to drive conversions. You will craft layouts, headlines, and buttons, turning traffic into buyers with data-driven tests and rapid iteration.

You will ship and measure your work within our Shopify storefront, using AI tools and a collaborative team. You’ll learn CRO by forming hypotheses, running tests, and delivering winning designs that scale as the site grows.

Responsabilidades

• Design landing pages, funnels and on-site experiences that make more people buy
• Build and ship designs on our Shopify storefront, with AI tools and our help
• Run the testing program: frame, build, launch, read and ship the winner
• Watch session recordings to decide what you design next
• Ensure pages are pixel-clean on all screen sizes, phone first
• Maintain a tight design system for site consistency
• Catch broken states, slow loads and copy issues before customers see them
