Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a thoughtful UX Specialist to champion member needs across online and mobile banking. You will lead usability research, synthesize insights, and partner with product managers, business teams, and vendors to improve digital experiences.

In a remote-first role within NC/SC/VA footprint, you’ll join a collaborative team and contribute to accessible, secure, and intuitive member journeys while participating in occasional on-site events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX design, usability testing, or UX research in financial services or digital products.
• Plan and conduct usability research; translate findings into design improvements.
• Document findings and present to cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of journey mapping, accessibility, and security/compliance factors in digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run usability tests and reviews to identify friction in digital banking.
• Translate feedback into user journeys and stakeholder presentations.
• Validate features and ensure accessible, consistent experiences.
