Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a UX Specialist to shape experiences across online and mobile banking, payments, and digital account opening. You will translate member feedback into actionable improvements and advocate for user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle.

You’ll conduct usability studies, analyze data, and collaborate with product managers, business teams, and vendors to reduce friction and elevate member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX research, usability testing, or UX design experience.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, UX, Psychology, or related field.
• Ability to document and present research clearly.
• Knowledge of accessibility considerations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct usability testing, research, and reviews.
• Turn feedback and test results into practical recommendations, user journeys, and stakeholder presentations.
• Validate new features and ensure accessible, consistent, and member-centered experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and vendors to improve digital services.
• Identify friction and opportunities across digital banking experiences.
