Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a UX Specialist to shape seamless experiences across online and mobile banking by turning member feedback into meaningful improvements.

You will lead research, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design recommendations while collaborating with product managers, business teams, and vendors.

This role is primarily remote within the NC, SC, VA footprint, with occasional on-site events at Truliant locations.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in UX design, usability testing, or UX research.
Experience supporting financial services or digital banking is a plus.
Strong ability to translate research into actionable design recommendations.
Excellent communication with cross-functional partners and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead usability research and testing across digital banking platforms.
Translate findings into user journeys and actionable design improvements.
Partner with product, business teams, and vendors to improve member experiences.
Ensure accessibility and security considerations are reflected in designs.
