Responsabilidades

• Partner with product and engineering to define customer experience challenges.
• Lead the full UX lifecycle: discovery, research, ideation, wireframes, prototyping, testing, delivery.
• Conduct user research to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate findings into design recommendations and intuitive experiences.
• Create flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other UX artifacts.
• Design across websites, mobile apps, emails, and digital tools.
• Facilitate usability studies to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, PMs, and engineers; contribute to design systems.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to help shape the next generation of digital insurance experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to improve customer-facing digital quoting experiences as well as agent-assisted journeys.

This position is ideal for a UX professional who enjoys solving complex problems, conducting research, influencing product direction, and creating meaningful user experiences from concept through implementation. You'll have the opportunity to work on highly visible initiatives that impact millions of users and contribute directly to business growth.

What You'll Do

• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define and solve customer experience challenges.
• Participate throughout the entire UX lifecycle, including discovery, research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final design execution.
• Conduct and support user research activities to uncover customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations and intuitive user experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other UX deliverables.
• Design experiences across websites, mobile applications, digital tools, email experiences, and other channels.
• Facilitate user testing and usability studies to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Collaborate closely with UX researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Contribute to and work within established design systems, accessibility standards, and UI patterns.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility when developing solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of UX design experience designing digital products or services

OR

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) and 4+ years of UX design experience designing digital products or services

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• UserTesting
• DScout
• Optimal Workshop
• Userlytics
• Similar research platforms
• Experience working within a Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) environment.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience within insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is a plus but not required.
