Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of design experience.
• Proficiency with design software such as Figma, Miro, Adobe or other designer tools.
• Experience collaborating with government stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery artifacts, sketches and rough prototypes.
• Create wireframes, UX flows and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Mentor designers and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet requirements.
• Develop storytelling artifacts and presentations for stakeholders.
