Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro, or Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with team members, government and company stakeholders.
• Manage tactical assignments and strategic initiatives to meet delivery requirements.
• Navigate ambiguous requirements and environments to support delivery.
• Deliver design work including discovery artifacts, sketches, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Utilize typography and hierarchy to enhance visual design.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design libraries.
