You will design intuitive, accessible digital experiences and work with stakeholders, analysts, developers, and project managers to research, design, test, and continuously improve products and services. The role requires 3+ years of UX design experience, proficiency with Figma, and a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and accessibility practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of UX design for websites, web apps, or digital platforms.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency with Figma for interface design, wireframes, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, workshops, usability testing, and analytics.
• Create personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user experience strategies and design requirements.
• Facilitate design thinking and user-centered design workshops.
• Validate design concepts through usability testing and iterative feedback cycles.
• Ensure accessibility standards (Section 508 and WCAG) are met.
• Create and evolve scalable design systems with reusable components and style guides.
• Work with development teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Support content strategy and information architecture activities.
• Stay current with emerging UX trends, tools, and best practices.
