Job summary

ORC is seeking a Right of Way Professional to perform real estate title searches and compile title reports from home. This full-time, remote role requires extensive travel coast to coast to support projects.

You will review deeds, mortgages, easements, and related documents, verify ownership, and ensure compliance while working from your home office across the United States. A valid driver's license and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting title research and preparing title reports.
• Ability to verify property ownership, mortgages, liens, and judgments.
• Proficient reading of deeds, legal descriptions, plats, and easements; knowledge of title evidence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate title searches using online databases and courthouse visits.
• Retrieve and review deeds, mortgages, contracts, easements, tax cards, and plats.
• Compile findings into client-provided Title Reports ensuring completeness and reliability.
• Verify and document instruments required for thorough title searches.
