Job summary

ORC is seeking a Utilities Title Agent at multiple levels to conduct title searches and compile accurate reports. The role involves travel across Colorado (25%–50%) and a mix of office and field work from a home-office in Colorado.

You will review deeds, mortgages, liens, and related instruments, and communicate findings clearly to clients while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing titles and title reports.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate title searches using online databases and county courthouses.
• Retrieve and review deeds, mortgages, contracts, easements, tax cards, and plats.
• Compile findings into client title reports with accuracy and completeness.
• Verify instruments required for thorough title searches.
• Work efficiently under deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
• Be organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Communicate clearly in writing, phone, and in person.
• Learn new systems and software quickly; grow in the right of way field.
