Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Nine or more years in business/solution architecture, business analysis, or related roles.
• Experience in the utilities sector or with utility clients is preferred.
• Ability to translate strategy and stakeholder needs into actionable tech solutions.
• Experience leading discovery and requirements activities with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead business solution architecture across ERM and POMS, aligning capabilities to outcomes.
• Partner with leaders, product owners, and stakeholders to define current and future-state solutions.
• Translate objectives into clear requirements, processes, and delivery priorities.
• Facilitate sessions to build shared understanding and drive decisions across ERM and POMS.
• Analyze processes and information flows to identify gaps and risks and improve risk management.
• Develop artifacts like capability maps, process models, and roadmaps.
• Refine requirements with product/delivery teams and support testing and reviews.
