Job summary

ORC is seeking a Utilities Project Manager to lead right-of-way projects for utility clients, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff through closeout.

You will manage a team of 5+ and serve as the primary client contact, delivering clear status reports while supporting proposals, pricing, and business development. Flexible remote work with travel up to 25% is available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience creating/maintaining project schedules.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite — Excel, Word, Dropbox, Outlook.
• Smartphone access to ORC’s systems (iOS/Android).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of right of way projects for utility clients—owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Direct and support a project team of at least 5 team members and remove roadblocks.
• Serve as the primary client contact with clear status reporting.
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and staffing plans.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and regulations.
• Support proposals, pricing, and business development.
