Job summary

ORC is seeking a Utilities Right of Way Project Manager to lead the delivery of right of way projects for utility clients. Location is remote with residency in WV, VA, KY, NC, or Eastern TN, and about 25% travel.

You will direct a project team, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff through closeout, while maintaining client relationships and reporting. The role spans PM levels 1–3 with corresponding pay ranges.

Qualifications

• Leading project teams or managing right of way projects.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Device to access ORC’s systems (iOS/Android).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of right of way projects for utility clients—from kickoff through closeout.
• Direct and support a project team of agents and specialists, balancing workloads.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering status reporting and building lasting relationships.
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and staffing plans.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project guidelines, client requirements, and regulations.
• Support proposals, pricing, and business development for new work.
