• Experience directing project managers or large delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct a program of related utility right of way projects, aligning scope, schedules, budgets, and standards.
• Guide and support Project Managers, balancing resources and priorities.
• Serve as the primary client contact with frequent communication and long-term relationships.
• Own program-level reporting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Establish and enforce consistent delivery standards, tools, and processes.
• Manage program risks and escalations before they reach the client.
• Partner with leadership on staffing plans and growth for the program.
