Job summary

VertexOne, a leading cloud-based SaaS provider for utilities, seeks an Implementation Specialist II to guide clients through end-to-end implementations. You will analyze business needs, translate them into technical specs, and coordinate with developers to deliver integrated SaaS solutions across AMI presentment, data analytics, and call-center digitization.

The role requires 4+ years in business analysis/implementation, strong documentation skills, and experience with APIs, SQL, and Jira.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Specialist in the Software Development industry.
• Experience in creating detailed Business and Technical documents (BRDs, Design Docs, Specifications).
• Understanding of agile/waterfall/hybrid development methodologies and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through the implementation process and own your area from business and technical perspectives.
• Translate business needs into functional and design specifications.
• Develop and review requirements, processes, and design specifications.
• Lead high-level design sessions and use case walkthroughs.
• Develop test cases and perform testing on changes and enhancements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project managers to ensure on-time delivery.
