This role requires 5+ years in engineering leadership, AutoCAD proficiency, knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support operations. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in team management or project leadership.
• Knowledge of Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration and Electrical Power Distribution.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions to operational issues of Facility Utilities Systems.
• Develop short and long-term facility maintenance plans and risk analyses.
• Lead engagement with external engineering resources for project design.
• Mentor engineers and develop technical skills within the team.
• Drive Excellence in Engineering initiatives and report metrics.
• Support travel to other locations approximately 50% of the time.
